Fractured Certainty

Fractured Certainty — Angelica Lucchetti, 2025

Certainty breaks. Becoming begins.

Fractured Certainty reflects on the fragile moment when certainty collapses and identity enters a state of transformation. Porcelain and metal embody opposing forces: porcelain evokes fragility, skin and interiority; metal suggests structure, tension and control. Their encounter is a delicate balance where vulnerability and resistance coexist. The fracture speaks of rupture and pain, but also of the possibility of change: in this suspended space the form begins to shift, opening new directions, on the uncertain threshold where stability breaks and something new slowly starts to emerge.
